Health Education Seminars and Community Education

I am available for continuing education programs for your family, community, or work groups. I do not charge a fee. I offer a great list of topics to choose from, many of which are listed here. You are also free to request a topic you may want to learn more about. Last year I was asked to speak in local schools to teach a class about "The Importance of Breakfast". We measured the amount of sugar in the foods we ate for breakfast, snacks, and drinks. The response was overwhelmingly wonderful. I always have a great time teaching.
